토양중의중금속량
천연의 토양 중에는 중금속이 상당량 함유되어 있으며, 지역에 따라 차이가 있습니다. 동은 대체로 100ppm전후, 아연은 60~80ppm, 비소는 10~30ppm정도 함유됨. 이들 중 대부분이 물에 난용성인염으로서 존재하고, 그 존재가 농작물에 악영향을 주는 경우와 좋은 영향을 주는 경우가 있습니다.

잎가
잎새의 가장자리. 잎살의 발달 방식과 잎맥의 분포상태에 따라 여러가지 모양이 됨. 톱니모양에 따라 예거치(銳鋸齒), 둔거치(鈍鋸齒) 등으로 나누며, 갈래의 유무에 따라 둥근잎, 갈래잎 등으로 나눔. 잎가의 모양은 대체로 품종에 따라 정해 지지만 한개체에서도 상당한 변이를 보이기도 함.
